船舶在全寿期内需要大量的维护保养工作,X射线探伤作为常用的无损探伤手段,在船舶维护保养中大量应用.文章以某船海外维保升级改造工程中X射线探伤室辐射防护设计与评价为例,通过对X射线探伤室、操纵室及周边敏感设施的辐射防护理论计算、基于GEANT4的蒙特卡洛模拟及现场实勘实测分析等手段,从技术层面向业主方说明了X射线探伤室设计及其相关辐射防护评价体系,展示了我国相关技术体系储备,有效提高了我国相关领域品牌美誉度,增强合作方潜在技术黏度,对解决我国相关领域标准"出海"有一定的示范作用.
Ships need a lot of maintenance and repair work during their lifespan,and X-ray flaw detection is a common non-destructive detection method for ship maintenance and repair work.Taking the radiation protection de-sign and evaluation of the X-ray flaw detection room in an overseas shipyard upgrading project as an example,and by using the theoretical calculation of radiation protection of X-ray flaw detection room,operating room and the sur-rounding sensitive facility,the Monte Carlo simulation based on GEANT4 and the on-site survey,this paper ex-plained the design of X-ray flaw detection room and relevant radiation protection evaluation system on a technical perspective,demonstrated the capacity of relevant technical systems,improved the brand reputation in related fields,enhanced the potentially technical attraction to the final client and has a certain demonstration role on solving the problem on"going global"of national standards in relevant fields.
