工业机器人协同制造虚拟仿真实验平台建设研究——以制造产线智能化改造虚拟仿真实验建设为例

原有的工业机器人课程以单台机器人为实践对象开展工业机器人操作与运维教学,因无法搭建真实的生产环境,难以将"工业机器人技术在制造产线中的应用"这一重要环节在课程教学中有效呈现。建立工业机器人协同制造虚拟仿真实验平台是解决上述教学瓶颈的有效途径,以制造产线智能化改造虚拟仿真实验建设为例,提出虚拟仿真实验平台建设的具体功能与实验步骤,并基于B/S架构开发软件,旨在为同类实验平台的开发提供一定的参考。
A Research on Construction of Virtual Simulation Experimental Platform for Industrial Robot Collaborative Manufacturing:Based on an Intelligent Transformation of Manufacturing Production Line
The traditional industrial robot course takes a single robot as the practice object to carry out programming and operation teaching.Because it cannot establish a real production environment,it is difficult to effectively present the application of industrial robot technology in manufacturing production line which is an important link for teaching.The construction of virtual simulation experiment platform for industrial robot collaborative manufacturing is an effective way to solve the bottleneck above.Based on the intelligent transformation of a manufacturing production line,the specific functions and experimental steps are proposed and develop software based on B/S architecture.The research achievement hopes to provide some references for the development of the similar experimental platform.
