摘要
针对目前大型科研仪器共享运行机制中存在的主要问题,从科学规范管理制度、专业技术人才培养、科研仪器社会化应用、科技成果转化、科研仪器售后支持等方面入手,提出合理化建议.
Abstract
Regarding the main problems in the current sharing system of large-scale scientific research instruments,rational suggestion is proposed,that is mainly from aspects of scientific management rules,technical talent rewards and training,socialized application of scientific research instruments,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and after-sales support for scientific research instruments etc.
