数智化背景下高职院校英语教师教学能力进阶策略之深究

摘要
数智化浪潮汹涌而至,数字化与大数据、人工智能、云计算以及5G技术等前沿科技给教师教学能力赋予了全新的内涵与要求.深入阐述提升教师教学能力的重要性和紧迫性,课题组针对高职院校英语教师教学能力的现状进行了细致剖析.立足教育未来发展的宏大视角,结合研究成果,精心设计了教师教学能力提升策略,旨在为广大教育工作者提供有益的参考与借鉴,共同推动高职院校英语教学质量的稳步提升.
Abstract
With the surge of the digitization wave,digit and big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,5G technology and other frontier technologies have given a new connotation and requirements of teacher's teaching ability.After elaborating the importance and urgency of improving teachers'teaching ability,the research group carried out a detailed analysis of the current situation of English teachers'teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,based on the grand perspective of the future development of education and combined with research results,we carefully designed the strategies for the improvement of teachers'teaching ability,aiming to provide useful references for the majority of educators and promote the steady improvement of the quality of English teaching in higher vocational colleges jointly.
