Development and Application of a Multi-disciplinary and Multi-functional Teaching Experimental Device for Process Fluid Machinery
A multifunctional teaching experimental device for reciprocating machinery has been designed and developed,focusing on the interdisciplinary integration characteristics of process fluid machinery courses.It includes modules for compressor operation control,status monitoring,energy conservation and consumption reduction,covering interdisciplinary knowledge content such as machinery,computer,sensors,hydraulic,electromagnetic,etc.The application of multifunctional teaching experimental devices in the classroom and experimental teaching of process fluid machinery courses has resulted in rich teaching cases and materials;at the same time,extracurricular research-oriented experimental projects are designed to promote the reform and practice of teaching through competition.The development and application of this experimental device plays an important role in improving students'hands-on ability,innovation awareness,and scientific research literacy,and has won multiple subject competition awards.
