Research on Risk Grading and Control of University Laboratories Based on Dual Prevention Mechanism:Taking the Key Laboratory of Coal Mines in Xinjiang University of Engineering as an Example
Based on the dual prevention mechanism,the establishment of a reasonable safety evaluation index system is the key to the risk classification control of university laboratories.Aiming at the identification and analysis of hazardous and harmful factors in the laboratory of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering using the theory of energy accidental release and two types of hazard sources,combined with the statistical research on accidents in national university laboratories,a basis for the establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system is provided.On the basis of systematic analysis of hazardous and harmful factors in the laboratory,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system for the laboratory is established by combining hierarchical classification and expert evaluation.Finally,based on the comprehensive evaluation level of the laboratory,a complete risk grading and control measure for the laboratory of Xinjiang University of Engineering is proposed.
