Teaching Reform of Production System Modeling and Simulation Course under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education
To nurture professional IE talents in the context of emerging engineering education,it explores the reform of teaching production system modeling and simulation,a core course in industrial engineering.It starts by examining the current teaching status,analyzing the course of characteristics,teaching methods,and assessment formats,and identifying major issues.Subsequently,it proposes reforms from various perspectives:optimizing teaching procedures,adopting a blended"online plus offline"teaching approach,incorporating case-based pedagogy to emphasize the integration of theory and practice,and implementing diverse assessment methods with an innovative feedback mechanism.These measures aim to reinforce the central role of this course in the undergraduate education of industrial engineering students under the emerging engineering education framework.
