摘要
为进一步规范雷达装备故障检修课的教学流程,提高教员的教学能力,提升雷达装备实训教学质量,有效培养满足信息化作战需要的雷达装备人才,分析了现行雷达装备故障检修课教学存在的不足.然后,从统一教学内容、规范教学组织、用好信息化教学系统和教学方法等方面探索了规范此类课程的具体措施.针对雷达装备故障检修课规范化教学所进行的研究与探索可为其他装备实训教学提供一定参考.
Abstract
In order to further standardize the teaching process of radar equipment maintenance course,improve the teaching ability of instructors,and the teaching quality of radar equipment practical training,and effectively cultivate radar equipment talents suitable for information warfare,this article analyzes the shortcomings of the current radar equipment maintenance course teaching firstly and then has explored specific measures and methods for standardizing such teaching courses from the perspectives of unifying teaching content,standardizing teaching organization,and making good use of information-based teaching system and teaching methods.The research and exploration conducted in this article on the teaching standards for radar equipment maintenance can provide certain reference for other equipment practical training teaching.
