摘要
在分析设备保障专业人才素质能力分析的基础上,针对院校实践教学存在的问题,以岗位任职能力为导向,立足"院校—用人单位—承制单位"体系融合的实践教学生态系统,构建了"使用仿真、原理实验+模拟训练、综合演练+岗位见习、实装实训+跟产跟试、毕业实习"四位一体实践教学体系,并在设备保障专业实践教学中进行了应用,为院校本科专业育人模式改革创新研究提供了参考与借鉴.
Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of the professional quality and ability of equipment support professionalism,in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of military academies,a four-in-one practical teaching system of"using simulation,principle experiment+simulation training,comprehensive exercise+post apprenticeship,practical training+follow-up and examination,and graduation internship"isconstructed,which is guided by professional ability,and based on the practical teaching ecosystem integrating the"college-troop-equipment development enterprises"system,and applied in the professional practical teaching of equipment support.It provides reference for the reform and innovation of the education model of undergraduate majors in military academies.
