摘要

通过案例分析与深度访谈,发现组织文化、实施策略、专业技能、互相信任、利益分享等因素制约了产教融合.可通过强化身份认同、促进资源双向流动、加强利益共享破解产教融合困境.基于此,构建了地方应用型高校产教融合实现路径,包括构建产教融合共同体、打造高信任互动格局、健全产教融合长效机制以及培育践行产业文化.

Abstract

Through case analysis and in-depth interview,it is found that organizational culture,implementation strategy,professional skills,mutual trust,benefit sharing and other factors restrict the integration of industry and education.The difficulties of industry and education integration can be solved by strengthening identity,promoting two-way flow of resources,and strengthening benefit sharing.Based on this,the realization path of production-education integration in local area-application-oriented universities is constructed,including building a community of production-education integration,creating a high-trust interactive pattern,improving the long-term mechanism of production-education integration,and cultivating and practicing industrial culture.
