针对应用型人才培养过程中存在的"思政教育与课程教学结合不紧、科研和教学融合不够、双创教育环节不畅、企业参与人才培养过程不足"等问题,探索形成化学化工类专业应用型人才"思研创产"四教融合培养模式.树立思教融合、科教融合、创教融合和产教融合理念,构建立体多维思教体系、互促循环科教体系、渐进性阶梯式创教体系和校企二元主体协同育人机制,为化学化工类应用型人才培养提供了范式借鉴.
Exploration and Practice of the Four Education Integration Training Mode for Applied Talents in Chemistry and Chemical Major
In view of the main teaching problems existing in the process of application-oriented talent training,such as insufficient integration of ideological and political education,insufficient integration of scientific research and teaching,poor implementation links of innovation and entrepreneurship education,insufficient enterprise truly participation in the entire process of personnel training,this paper puts forward the realization path of the applied talent training mode of the integration of"Ideological and Political Education,Scientific research and Education,Innovation and Education,Industry and Education".It establishes the concepts of integration of ideological and political Education,integration of science and education,integration of innovation and education and integration of industry and education,and establishes a multidimensional ideological and political education system,a mutual promotion and recycling science and education system,a progressive step education and innovation system and a school-enterprise"dual subject"collaborative education mechanism.This study can provide reference for local universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents in chemistry and chemical engineering.
