Allocation and Management of Traditional Cultural Aesthetic Education in Preschool Education Majors of Higher Vocational Colleges
Traditional culture aesthetic education plays a vital role in the preschool education major of higher vocational colleges,and its equipment and resource allocation and management play an important role in improving the teaching effect of traditional culture aesthetic education,cultivating students'comprehensive quality and promoting teaching innovation and development.This paper analyzes the problems such as insufficient type and quantity,unsatisfactory quality and updating speed,improper use and management,and lack of resource integration of traditional cultural aesthetic education equipment in preschool education major of higher vocational colleges.Explore ways to strengthen the allocation and management of traditional cultural aesthetic education equipment by strengthening the investment in traditional cultural aesthetic education equipment,establishing a standardized procurement,maintenance and update mechanism,strengthening teacher training and promoting the integration and sharing of school resources,so as to provide a strong guarantee for cultivating preschool education talents with traditional cultural literacy and promote the construction of preschool education major characteristics in higher vocational colleges.
