一种复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液杀真菌效果研究

摘要
目的 研究复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒剂杀灭真菌的效果.方法 采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液杀灭真菌的效果进行了实验室观察.结果 以活性物含量为400 mg/L的季铵盐消毒液作用5 min,对载体上白色念珠菌平均杀灭率＜50％.用含季铵盐400 mg/L与异丙醇≥132 g/L组成的复方消毒液作用3 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.99％,对不锈钢片和布片载体上白色念珠菌杀灭率为100％.结论 该复方季铵盐异丙醇消毒液能快速杀灭白色念珠菌,可进一步进行应用性研究.
Abstract
Objective To study the killing effect of quaternary ammonium disinfectant and isopropyl alcohol combinations against Candida albicans.Methods The suspension and carrier quantitative germicidal tests were used to observe the killing effect of disinfectant against Candida albicans by changing the content of isopropyl alcohol in quaternary ammonium disinfectant.Results The average killing rate of Candida albicans on carrier exposed to quaternary ammonium (400 mg/L) disinfectant for 5min was ＜ 50％.The average killing rate of Candida albicans in suspension and on carrier exposed to the disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium 400 mg/L and isopropyl alcohol ≥ 132 g/L for 3 min was 99.99％ and 100％ respectively.Conclusion The quaternary ammonium and iso-propanol disinfectant can kill the Candida albicans strains effectively and the disinfectant should be studied in practice.
