摘要

目的 研究一种新型的复合溶葡萄球菌酶口腔生物护理液及其相关性能.方法 通过配方筛选和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对一种新型复合溶葡萄球菌酶相关性能进行检测与评价.结果 该新型复合溶葡萄球菌酶口腔生物护理液主要杀菌成分为重组溶葡萄球菌酶,其含量范围在1 000~3 000 mg/L.该护理液原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌分别作用5 min,杀灭率均>90%.该护理液对金黄地鼠口腔黏膜刺激指数为0,对豚鼠的皮肤致敏率为0%.结论 该新型复合溶葡萄球菌酶口腔生物护理液稳定性和成膜性均比较好,对试验菌具有90%以上的杀灭率,对试验动物完整皮肤和黏膜无刺激性.

Abstract

Objective To study a new compound lysostaphin oral biological care solution and its related properties.Methods Using formula screening and suspension quantitative sterilization test methods,the related properties of a new compound lysostaphin were detected and evaluated.Results The main bactericidal component of the new compound lysostaphin oral biological care solution was recombinant lysostaphin,and its content ranged from 1 000 mg/L to 3 000 mg/L.The stock solution of this care solution was used to act on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans in suspension for 5 min respectively,and the killing rates were all≥90%.The irritation index of the care solution to the oral mucosa of golden hamsters was 0,and the sensitization rate to the skin of guinea pig was 0%.Conclusion The new compound lysostaphin oral biological care solution has good stability and ability of film forming,which has a killing rate of more than 90%against test bacteria.It non-irritating to the intact skin and mucous membranes of experimental animals.
