摘要
目的 研究一种十一烯酸锌抗菌液的体外抗菌效果及相关性能.方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对该抗菌液的抗菌效果进行观察.结果 该抗菌液的十一烯酸锌含量为110 mg/L,原液呈酸性.该抗菌液原液pH值为2.75时,分别对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀菌率均≥90%;pH值在2.75~3.56范围内,其抗菌效果随着pH值升高而降低.结论 该十一烯酸锌抗菌液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有良好的抗菌作用.
Abstract
Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial effect and related properties of an antibacterial solution containing zinc undecylenate.Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the antibacterial effect of the antibacterial solution.Results The zinc undecylenate content of this antibacterial solution was 110 mg/L,and the stock solution was acidic.When the pH of the stock solution was 2.75,it was used to act on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in suspension for 1 min,and the average killing rates were all≥90%;in the range of pH 2.75~3.56,the antibacterial effect decreased with the increase of pH.Conclusion The antibacterial solution containing zinc undecylenate has good antibacterial effect on bacterial propagules and fungi.
