南京市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染监测分析

摘要
目的 了解南京市医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)管理与污染现状,为进一步科学干预提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查和细菌培养法,调查南京市29家医疗机构DUWLs消毒管理与细菌污染现状.结果 调查的15个项目中,口腔综合治疗台配置DUWLs消毒系统、热水器、治疗前后放水和气冲洗管路这3个项目在各级医院之间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.469、6.323和1.509,P<0.05).DUWLs总合格率为59.9%,一级及以下、二级和三级医院合格率依次为42.4%、66.1%和67.9%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=10.706,P=0.005).口腔专科医院、综合医院口腔科、社区卫生服务中心口腔科(含口腔诊所)的水样合格率分别为69.1%、67.7%和42.2%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.259,P=0.002).结论 南京市医疗机构口腔用水各级医院存在差异,应提升管理水平,加强DUWLs的日常消毒与维护.
Abstract
Objective To understand the management and contamination status of dental unit waterlines(DUWLs)in medical institutions in Nanjing,and to provide a basis for further scientific intervention.Methods Using questionnaire survey and bacterial culture methods,the current status of disinfection management and bacterial contamination of DUWLs in 29 medical institutions in Nanjing were investigated.Results For 15 items investigated,there were statistically significant differences among hospitals at all levels in three items,including dental chair units equipped with DUWLs disinfection system,water heater,and washed by water and air flushing before and after treatment(χ2=7.469,6.323,1.509,P<0.05).The total qualified rate of DUWLs was 59.9%,and the qualified rates of the primary and lower,secondary and tertiary hospitals were 42.4%,66.1%and 67.9%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=10.706,P=0.005).The qualified rates of water sample in stomatological hospitals,departments of stomatology in general hospitals and dental departments(including dental clinics)in community health service centers were 69.1%,67.7%and 42.2%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=12.259,P=0.002).Conclusion There are differences in dental treatment water among medical institutions at all levels in Nanjing City.the management level should be improved,and the daily disinfection and maintenance of DUWLs should be strengthened.
