一种复方癸甲基氯铵消毒液的稳定性观察

目的 观察一种复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂溶液的稳定性.方法 通过影响因素试验、加速试验和长期试验观察某复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂溶液的性状、氯化物鉴别、澄清度和有效含量,评价其稳定性.结果 该消毒液在(4 500±500)lx强光照射条件下保存10 d,癸甲氯铵含量下降;在60℃高温环境下保存10 d,观察指标无明显变化;在温度(40±2)℃、相对湿度(75±5)%的条件下保存6个月,观察指标无明显变化;在(25±2)℃、相对湿度(60±5)%条件下放置12个月,观察指标无显著变化.结论 该复方癸甲氯铵消毒剂液体制剂在常温下避光密封储存,有效期可达到12个月.
Observation of the stability of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant
Objective To observe the stability of compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant.Methods Though influencing factor test,accelerated test and long-term test,the solution properties,chloride identification,clarity and effective content of the compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant were evaluated.Results The disinfectant was stored at(4 500±500)lx under strong light conditions for 10 days,light had an effect on the disinfectant,and the storage conditions should be shading and sealed storage.Stored at 60℃for 10 days,there was no significant change in the indicators.Stored for 6 months at(40±2)℃with relative humidity of(75±5)%,there was no significant change in the indicators.Stored for 6 months at(25±2)℃with relative humidity(60±5)%,there was no significant change in the indicators.Conclusion The compound didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride disinfectant is recommended to be stored under shading,sealed storage,and the validity period is at least 12 months.
