目的 了解深圳市龙岗区各级医疗机构消毒情况.方法 通过现场环境监测(照度、噪声等)和微生物(细菌总数)检验方法,对龙岗区2017-2021年医疗机构消毒效果进行连续监测.结果 2017-2021年各医疗机构共采样42 350件,合格样品40 556件,总体合格率95.76%;其中市级医院消毒合格率最高.门诊部和个体诊所监测合格率呈上升趋势(x2趋势= 71.420,P<0.001);空气(x2趋势= 36.391,P<0.001)、物体表面(x2趋势= 12.571,P<0.001)、医护人员手(x2趋势= 16.289,P<0.001)合格率逐年上升;洁净室环境指标中,静压差合格率呈上升趋势(x2趋势= 13.177,P<0.001).结论 深圳市龙岗区医疗机构消毒质量整体较好.
Monitoring analysis of disinfection effectiveness of medical institutions in Longgang District of Shenzhen from 2017 to 2021
Objective To investigate the disinfection situation of medical institutions in Longgang District,Shenzhen.Methods The disinfection effect of medical institutions in Longgang District from 2017 to 2021 was continuously monitored by on-site environmental monitoring(illuminance,noise,etc.)and microbial(total number of bacteria)testing methods.Results From 2017 to 2021,a total of 42 350 samples were collected and 40 556 were qualified,and the qualified rate was 95.76%.The highest qualified rate was in municipal hospitals,and the annual monitoring qualification rate of outpatient departments and individual clinics showed an upward trend(x2trend= 71.420,P<0.001).Among them,the qualification rate of air(x2trend=36.391,P<0.001),object surface(x2trend=12.571,P<0.001)and medical staff hands(x2trend=16.289,P<0.001)increased year by year.The overall qualification rate of ultraviolet lamp and air disinfection was low,and the qualification rate of sterilizer,cross-section wind speed and noise decreased year by year.Among the clean room environmental indicators,the qualified rate of static pressure difference showed an upward trend(x2trend=13.177,P<0.001).Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Shenzhen is good.
