目的 了解广东省新冠病毒感染疫情期间现场消毒效果评价工作的实施情况.方法 2021年11月—2022年7月,参与45个场所的现场消毒效果评价,以自然菌或指示微生物的杀灭率为指标评价物体表面和空气消毒效果.结果 45个受检机构累计完成34次预防性和92次疫源地消毒现场消毒效果评价.预防性消毒的物体表面消毒合格率为61.8%,空气消毒合格率为100%.疫源地消毒的物体表面合格率为90.2%,其中冷链场所合格率最高,为97.4%,空气消毒合格率为100%.物体表面消毒主要使用含氯消毒剂、二氧化氯和季铵盐,合格率分别为97.3%、87.5%和75.0%,空气消毒主要是用过氧化物类消毒剂,其合格率为89.3%.冷链消毒使用的含氯消毒剂和二氧化氯的备案率分别为72.7%和36.4%.结论 广东省重点行业和领域能够按程序规范开展现场消毒效果评价工作,但部分实践细节工作需要进一步完善和改进.
Analysis and evaluation of field disinfection effect in Guangdong Province during COVID-19 epidemic period
Objective To analyze the implementation of field disinfection effect evaluation during the COVID-19 epidemic period in Guangdong Province.Methods From November 2021 to July 2022,the field disinfection effect evaluation were carried in 45 sites.Disinfection effect on surface and air were evaluated by the killing rate of natural bacteria or indicator microorganisms.Results 34 preventive disinfection evaluations and 92 epidemic focus disinfection were carried out.The average qualified rate of disinfection effect evaluation on preventive disinfection were 61.8%on hard surface and 100%on air.On hard surface disinfection,the average qualified rate of evaluation of epidemic focus disinfection was 90.2%,and that on logistics enterprises,cold chain sites,airlines and other sites were 76.9%,97.4%,64.7%and 83.3%,respectively.Disinfection was mainly conducted with chlorine containing disinfectant,chlorine dioxide and quaternary ammonium salt with qualified rates of 97.3%,87.5%and 75%.Qualified rate of disinfection effect evaluation on air was 89.3%.The filing rates of disinfectants of chlorine and chlorine dioxide used in cold-chain disinfection were 72.7%and 36.4%.Conclusion Most of key industries and fields in Guangdong Province can carry out field disinfection effect evaluation according to procedures and specifications,but part of detials need to be improved in practice.
