Application of all-inclusive management mode in hemodialysis center during the epidemic of COVID-19
Objective To investigate the application effect of the all-inclusive management model in hemodialysis centers during the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods By establishing an emergency prevention and control system,carrying out full-course training for all staff,adjusting and optimizing the work process,and implementing an all-inclusive management model,all dialysis patients were divided into 8-10 groups according to dialysis time and machines.Each nurse contracted a group of patients.Assessment of the use of protective equipment,diagnosis and treatment procedures,and emergency response proceduresocess,implement of dialysis patients and companions for epidemic prevention and control measures,and the satisfaction of dialysis patients and employees were investigated to evaluate the implementation effect.Results From February 1,2020 to April 1,2022,a total of 65 520 hemodialysis cases were completed,and no infection cases occurred.Since the implementation of the all-inclusive management model,the qualification rate of various assessments was 100%,and the compliance with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures was significancant difference(P<0.05);employee satisfaction increased from 75.8%to 97.0%,and patient satisfaction increased from 97.0%to 99.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the all-inclusive management model can effectively improve the ability of medical staff to prevent and deal with COVID-19 epidemic.
