Disinfection effect monitoring of nursery institutions in a district of Chengdu from 2019 to 2022
Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of different types of nursery institutions in a district of Chengdu.Methods From 2019 to 2022,174 nursery institutions in a district of Chengdu were investigated and sampled to analyze the change trend of the disinfection qualification rate of monitoring items,and the disinfection qualification rate of 6 classes of monitoring items of two types of nursery institutions were compared.Results From 2019 to 2022,the disinfection qualification rate of nursery institutions throughout the district featured a linear increasing trend(x2trend=29.123,P＜0.001),and the disinfection qualification rate of public nursery institution was higher than that of private(x2=24.112,P＜0.001),with the qualification rates being 94.35%and 89.75%,respectively.The qualification rate of disinfectants in use among the monitoring items was the highest(98.02%),and the qualification rate of staff hands was the lowest(87.99%).Conclusion The disinfection effects of the monitoring items in the district's nursery institutions are generally good,with the public nursery institutions better than the private ones.The disinfection of staff hands should be focused.
