摘要
目的 建立一种用于检测饮用水中消毒副产物二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸残留的高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法.方法 样品过滤膜后测定,通过 HILIC 色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水(50%-50%)流动相进行等度洗脱,外标法定量.结果 水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸含量在0.5~100.0 μg/L,线性相关系数(r)>0.999,定量限为0.5 μg/L,检出限为0.2 μg/L.结论 该方法可用于定量检测饮用水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸的残留量.
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC-MS/MS method for detecting residues of disinfection by-products dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.Methods The samples were separated by HILIC chromatographic column after filtration,eluted with acetonitrile-water(50%-50%)mobile phase,and quantified by external standard method.Results The contents of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water ranged from 0.5 to 100.0 μg/L with correlation coefficient(r)>0.999.The limit of quantitation was 0.5 μg/L,and the limit of detection was 0.2 μg/L.Conclusion The method can be used to quantitatively detect dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid residues in drinking water.
