Objective To understand the disinfection quality of various medical institutions at all levels in Songjiang District,and to improve the quality of disinfection.Methods Using stratified random sampling methods,specimen sampling and lab testing were performed on the indoor air,surface of the objects,medical devices and hands of medical staff in key departments of medical institutions at all levels in Songjiang District.The test results were sorted and analyzed through using SPSS 22.0.Results A total of 2 889 samples were collected,of which 2 729 were qualified,with a total qualified rate was 94.46％.The differences of qualified rates among different years were statistically significant(x2=82.235,P＜0.01).The differences of qualified rates among different levelsof medical institutions were statistically significant(x2=24.486,P＜0.01).Among the different monitoring items,the qualified rate of dental therapy water and sewage were the lowest(80.74％and 80.34％).Conclusion The overall qualified rate of disinfection effect of medical institutions in Songjiang District is at the national average level,but there still exists weak links.
