Influence of detail management on quality of work in central sterile supply department
Objective To explore the influence of detail management on the quality of work in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods The medical items and devices that did not implement the quality index system of CSSD from JAN to MAR 2022 were selected as the control group,and the medical items and devices from April to June 2022 were used as the observation group to implement the detail management.The incidence and nursing risk quality of sterilized items were compared.The risk value,prevention awareness,safety awareness and service awareness,unqualified rate of disinfection and sterilized items and satisfaction score of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization items in observed group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of unqualified items in the process of recycling,cleaning,disinfection,sterilization,packaging,and distribution in observed group was significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of risk events in the observed group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The risk awareness,safety awareness and service awareness of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The staff of the observation group had a higher item satisfaction score than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Detailed management can improve the qualification rate and quality of disinfection articles and equipment,also can reduce the risk value and improve the safety awareness of nursing staff.
