上海市高压氧舱医院感染风险评估体系的构建

目的 构建上海市医疗机构高压氧舱医院感染风险评估体系,为正确评估高压氧舱感染控制能力以及开展干预提供依据.方法 检索高压氧舱医院感染相关文献,结合2022年10月-2023年4月该市综合性医疗机构医院感染相关调查问卷,识别各环节风险因素,初步构建高压氧舱医院感染风险评估指标.评估指标重要性,采用德尔菲法构建风险评估体系.结果 经过3轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100%,平均权威系数为0.893,协调系数分别为0.285、0.261和0.332.最终建立了高压氧舱医院感染风险评估体系,包含3个一级指标和34个二级指标.结论 本研究所构建的高压氧舱医院感染风险评估体系可用于相关领域的风险评估.
Construction of the risk assessment system of hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chamber in Shanghai
Objective To establish a risk assessment system for hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chambers,and to provide a basis for the correct assessment and intervention of hospital infection control in hyperbaric oxygen chambers of medical institutions in Shanghai.Methods By retrieving literature related to hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chambers,referring to the survey questionnaire on hospital infections in comprehensive medical institutions in Shanghai from October 2022 to April 2023 and identifying risk factors in each stage,the risk assessment indexes of hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chambers were initially formulated.The importance of indicators was evaluated and a risk assessment system was constructed by using Delphi method.Results In the three rounds of questionnaire survey,the positive coefficient was 100%.The average authority coefficient was 0.893,and the coordination coefficient was 0.285,0.261 and 0.332.Finally,the risk assessment system of hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chambers was established,including 3 first-level indexes and 34 second-level indexes.Conclusion The risk assessment system of hospital infection in hyperbaric oxygen chambers constructed in this research can be applied in risk assessment in relevant fields.
