Observation on the effect of a new cleaning auxiliary device in da Vinci robot endoscopic cleaning
Objective To develop a cleaning auxiliary device and to observe its effectiveness in da Vinci robot endoscopic cleaning. Methods 181 pieces of da Vinci robotic endoscopes collected and used from July to December 2022 were selected.86 pieces were cleaned with syringes from July to September as the control group, and 95 pieces were cleaned with Da Vinci robotic endoscope cleaning aids from October to December as the observation group. The cleaning quality, cleaning time, and user satisfaction of the two groups of endoscopes were compared. Results Using a 5 x magnifying glass with a light source to detect the cleanliness of the da Vinci endoscope after cleaning, there was no statistically significant difference in the pass rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The ATP biofluorescence method was used for detection, and the qualified cleaning rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(t=43.802,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of users in terms of reasonable design, convenient use, strong practicality, and the ability to improve work efficiency and willingness to use was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of new cleaning auxiliary devices not only significantly shorten the cleaning time of da Vinci robot endoscopes, but also significantly improve cleaning quality and work efficiency.
