2019-2022年桐乡市县镇两级医院消毒质量监测结果分析

摘要
目的 了解桐乡市2019-2022年县镇两级医院消毒质量状况,为进一步加强医院消毒和感染控制提供依据.方法 抽取该市10家县镇级医院,按照GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》实施现场采样,检测并分析两级医院不同监测项目的消毒质量.结果 2019-2022年共采集样品664份,总合格率为93.98％,各年份合格率依次为91.91％、99.26％、95.38％和91.63％,差异有统计学意义(x2=10.682,P＜0.05).县级医院消毒质量合格率高于镇级医院(97.60％vs 91.13％;x2=12.110,P＜0.05).监测项目中,使用中消毒液和灭菌器灭菌效果合格率最高,均为100.00％;其次为医护人员手卫生、室内空气、医院污水和物体表面消毒效果,合格率均＞97.00％;合格率最低为诊疗用水,仅为80.00％.镇级医院无菌物品和诊疗用水合格率均＜73.00％,明显低于县级医院(x2=4.438和5.198,P＜0.05).结论 桐乡市县镇两级医院消毒质量合格率整体较高,但仍存在薄弱环节,县级医院仍需提高无菌物品和诊疗用水消毒管理水平.
Abstract
Objective To know the disinfection quality status of county and town hospitals in Tongxiang from 2019 to 2022,and to provide a basis for strengthening hospital disinfection and infection control.Methods Ten hospitals of county and town were drawn.According to the standards of GB 415982-2012"Hospital Disinfection and Sanitation Standards",on-site samplings were used to detect and evaluate the quality of disinfection of different projects.Results From 2019 to 2022,a total of 664 samples were collected,with a total pass rate of 93.98％.The qualification rate of disinfection quality in each year was 91.91％,99.26％,95.38％and 91.63％,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(x2=10.682,P＜0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection quality in county hospitals was higher than that in town hospitals(97.60％vs 91.13％;x2=12.110,P＜0.05).The highest qualification rates of each monitoring project were the disinfection in usingand sterilization effect of sterilizer(100％),followed by hand hygiene of medical staff,indoor air microorganisms,hospital sewage,surface disinfection effectwhich were above 97.00％.The lowest was diagnosis and treatment water,only 80.00％.The qualification rate of diagnosis and treatment water and sterillized articles＜73％in town hospital,which was significant lower than county hospitals(x2=4.438 and 5.198,P＜0.05).Conclusion The quality of disinfection in Tongxiang medical institutions is high,but there are still weak disinfection links,and county hospitals need to improve the level of disinfection management.
