一种新型口腔黏膜消毒液消毒相关性能观察

目的 观察一种口腔黏膜消毒液消毒相关性能,为实际使用提供科学依据.方法 采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对某口腔黏膜消毒剂消毒相关性能进行观察.结果 该消毒液为电解产生,其原液含有效氯120 mg/L.该口腔黏膜消毒液原液作用10 s对悬液内大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、变异链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白念珠菌和幽门螺旋杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;原液作用30 s对脊髓灰质炎病毒及肠道病毒71型的平均杀灭对数值均>4.00.原液对完整皮肤、破损皮肤均无刺激性,急性眼刺激试验强度为无刺激.结论 该口腔黏膜消毒液对多种细菌繁殖体、病毒和真菌均有快速杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,对皮肤、黏膜无刺激.
Observation on the disinfection-related performance of a new type of oral mucosal disinfectant
Objective To observe the disinfection-related performance of a certain oral mucosal disinfectant and provide scientific basis for practical use.Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test and animal test methods were used to observe the disinfection-related performance of a certain oral mucosal disinfectant.Results The disinfectant solution was produced by electrolysis,and its stock solution contained 120 mg/L of available chlorine.The stock solution of the oral mucosa disinfectant acted for 10 s against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Streptococcus mutans,Porphyromonas gingivalis,Streptococcus beta hemolysis,Candida albicans and Helicobacter pylori in suspension,and the average killing log value were all>5.00;the average killing log value of the stock solution against poliovirus and enterovirus 71 after 30 s of treatment were all>4.00.The stock solution was non-irritating to intact skin and damaged skin,and the acute eye irritation test intensity was non-irritating.Conclusion This oral mucosal disinfectant has a rapid killing effect on a variety of bacterial propagules,viruses and fungi,and it is an actual non-toxic substance and has no irritation to the skin and mucosa.
