Objective To understand the current situation of endoscopic disinfection management in hospitals at all levels in Gansu Province and to provide a basis for formulating endoscopic disinfection management measures.Methods A stratified random cluster sampling survey was used to investigate and analyze the current situation of endoscopic disinfection management in 84 hospitals in Gansu province.Results All endoscopy centers of 84 hospitals surveyed were equipped with full-time decontamination personnel and established specialized management systems;92.90%of hospitals had independent cleaning and disinfection areas,and the configuration rate of cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization equipment was high.The disinfection and sterilization preparations and methods used by each hospital were different.The configuration rate of ultrasonic cleaning machines was only 23.8%.Conclusion The management system for endoscopic disinfection in hospitals in Gansu Province is relatively complete,but the standardization of disinfection and sterilization methods is insufficient,and the configuration rate of endoscopic disinfection equipment is uneven.
