Application value of cluster management to the reprocessing of the fourth generation Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments
Objective To explore the application value of bundle management in improving the sterilization supply quality and functional quality of the fourth-generation da Vinci robotic surgical instruments. Methods A total of 459 surgical instruments from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the experimental group and given cluster management.A total of 438 surgical instruments from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group and given routine management. The quality of surgical instruments reprocessing, satisfaction of medical staff and safety of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate of surgical instrument cleaning, sterilization, packaging, placement, distribution and recovery in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The functional quality scores of connecting wire, endoscope, auxiliary device and other parts of surgical instruments in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of delivery, handover, functional quality and record traceability of surgical instruments in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The rate of operation-related nosocomial infection and complication in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster management can improve the reprocessing quality of the fourth generation Da Vinci robotic surgical instruments and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
