摘要

目的 了解某医院使用中的Ⅱ级生物安全柜相关安全性及运行现状.方法 通过仪器检测法,依据相关标准要求,对某医院的 18 台Ⅱ级生物安全柜安全相关性能进行检测.结果 该医院 18 台Ⅱ级生物安全柜,各项安全性能指标平均合格率为 44.44%.生物安全柜进风高效过滤器完整性全部合格,气流模式、下降气流流速和流入气流流速合格率分别为 77.78%、83.33%和 77.78%,噪声合格率为 83.33%,洁净度和紫外线灯辐照度合格率均为 100.00%.结论 该医院使用中的Ⅱ级生物安全柜部分关键性指标合格率较高,但安全性检测总体合格率较低,需要加强专项监督监测和维护管理.

Abstract

Objective To understand the safety evaluation and operation status of class Ⅱ biological safety cabinets in a hospital.Methods Through the instrument detection method,according to the related specifications requirements,the safety-related performance of 18 class Ⅱ biosafety cabinets in a hospital was tested.Results The average qualified rate of safety performance indexes of 18 class Ⅱ biological safety cabinets in this hospital was 44.44%.The integrity of the air inlet high efficiency particulate air filter of the biological safety cabinet was all qualified.The qualified rates of airflow mode,downflow air and inflow air were 77.78%,83.33%and 77.78%,respectively.The qualified rate of noise was 83.33%.The qualified rates of cleanliness and UV lamp irradiation intensity were 100.00%.Conclusion The qualified rate of some key indicators of class Ⅱ biological safety cabinets in use in this hospital is high,but the overall qualified rate of safety testing is low.It is necessary to strengthen special supervision,monitoring and maintenance management.
