摘要
目的 评价一种纳米消毒涂料杀菌效果及其对金属的腐蚀性.方法 采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法和腐蚀性试验,对纳米消毒涂料的杀菌效果及其对金属腐蚀性进行观察.结果 该纳米消毒涂料作用5 min,对悬液内大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对悬液内白念珠菌杀灭对数值均>4.00.该纳米消毒涂料对不锈钢片、碳钢片和铜片基本无腐蚀或轻度腐蚀,对铝片中度腐蚀.结论 该纳米消毒涂料对细菌繁殖体具有良好的杀灭效果,对金属材料腐蚀性较轻.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the bactericidal effect and metal corrosion performance of a nano disinfection coating.Methods Suspension quantitative killing test and metal corrosion test were used to evaluate the bactericidal effect and metal corrosion performance of the nano disinfection coating.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were all above 5.00,and the killing logarithm values of Candida albicans were above 4.00 after treated with the nano disinfection coating for 5 min.The nano disinfection coating had basically no corrosion or mild corrosion to stainless steel,carbon steel and copper,and had moderate corrosion to aluminum.Conclusion The nano disinfection coatings has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and is less corrosive to metal materials.
