一种二氧化氯缓释型消毒装置的消毒效果观察

目的 观察一种二氧化氯缓释型消毒装置对室内空气和物体表面的消毒效果.方法 采用自然沉降法和棉拭子涂抹法采样检测,观察该装置对医院门诊室内空气和物体表面的消毒效果.结果 该装置置于诊室内,启动运行12 h,空气中二氧化氯浓度可达25 mg/L.以无人条件下医院Ⅲ类环境为标准,经二氧化氯缓释熏蒸消毒12 h,诊室空气消毒合格率由消毒前的56.67%提高至100.00%;物体表面消毒效果合格率由消毒前的46.67%提高至96.67%.对照组用紫外线灯照射1 h,诊室空气消毒效果合格率由消毒前的60.00%提高至96.67%,物体表面消毒效果合格率由56.67%提高至90.00%.结论 二氧化氯缓释型消毒装置对门诊诊室空气和物体表面均具有与紫外线灯照射相同的消毒效果.
Observation on disinfection effect of a chlorine dioxide sustained release disinfection device
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a chlorine dioxide sustained release disinfection device on indoor air and surfaces.Methods The disinfection effect of a chlorine dioxide sustained release disinfection device on indoor air and surfaces in hospital outpatient department was observed by natural settlement method and cotton swab smear method.Results The chlorine dioxide sustained release disinfection device was placed in the consulting room,and the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the air reached 25 mg/L within 12 h of starting operation.The qualified rate of air disinfection in the examination room was increased from 56.67%to 100.00%after 12 h of sustained chlorine dioxide fumigation with the stand of unmanned hospital Ⅲ environment.The qualified rate of object surface disinfection effect increased from 46.67%before disinfection to 96.67%.The control group was irradiated with ultraviolet lamp for 1 h,then the qualified rate of air disinfection in the examination room was increased from 60.00%to 96.67%,and the qualified rate of surface disinfection was increased from 56.67%to 90.00%.Conclusion The chlorine dioxide sustained release disinfection device has the same disinfection effect on the air and surface of the outpatient consultation room as the ultraviolet lamp irradiation.
