黑龙江省疾病预防控制机构消毒专业能力建设现状调查

目的 了解黑龙江省疾病预防控制机构消毒人力资源配置和消毒工作能力现状.方法 以全国疾控中心消毒工作调查问卷为资料来源,收集与分析黑龙江省、市、县(区)三级疾控机构消毒与感染控制工作基本情况.结果 共调查 139 家疾控机构,有 94 家设有消毒部门,占比为 67.63%;消毒专业人员共有 368 名,占全部在职人员的 6.51%;其中,消毒专业人员学历以专科及以下为主(49.73%),硕士及以上学历仅占 5.43%;职称以初级及以下为主(45.65%),高级职称仅占 25.82%;工作年限以 5 年以上人员为主,占 54.62%;具有独立消毒实验室占比仅为20.14%,可开展消毒实验室各检测项目者占比<50%.结论 黑龙江省疾控机构消毒部门设置和人员数量均有不同程度的增加,但人员学历、职称及专业工作能力仍偏低,建议优化人才队伍和提高专业技术能力.
Investigation on the construction status of disinfection professional capacity in disease prevention and control institutions in Heilongjiang Province
Objective To know the human resources arrangement and the current status of disinfection working capacity of disease prevention and control institutions in Heilongjiang Province.Methods The questionnaires about the disease control center disinfecting working all over the country in 2020 were taken as the source of the data.The questionnaires of the fundamental situation of the Heilongjiang province,city,county(district)three-level disinfection and infection control work were collected and data was statistical analyzed.Results The 139 disease control organizations were investigated,94 organizations had disinfecting department,accounting for 67.63%.There were 368 disinfecting professional workers,accounting for 6.51%.The educational background of most of them was junior college or bellow,accounting for 49.73%,the master or above only accounting for 5.43%.The professional position of most of whom was beginner or below,accounting for 45.65%,the senior professional position only accounting for 25.82%.The working years of most were more than 5 years,accounting for 54.62%.The proportion of independent disinfection laboratories was only 20.14%,and less than half of them could carry out all testing projects in disinfection laboratories.Conclusion The ratio of the disinfection department arrangement and the number of workers in Heilongjiang province disease control organization are improved,but the educational background,professional position and the professional working capacity still need to be strenthened.We suggest optimizing the talent team and improving the professional technology capacity.
