河南省20家医院环氧乙烷灭菌质量管理情况调查

摘要
目的 了解河南省医院环氧乙烷灭菌器运行和灭菌质量管理现状.方法 通过问卷调查方式,对该省 20家医院环氧乙烷灭菌器运行和灭菌管理现状进行调查分析.结果 20 家医院中,18 家医院建立了环氧乙烷灭菌管理制度和操作人员的岗位职责;所有医院均对环氧乙烷灭菌设置专岗专人负责.环氧乙烷灭菌器工作区域未设置独立的排风系统和未安装环氧乙烷气体浓度超标报警器分别有 3 家医院.5 家医院未定期监测工作场所环境空气中环氧乙烷浓度,仅 12 家医院每批次进行化学监测.结论 河南省医院消毒供应中心的环氧乙烷灭菌质量管理整体较好,但灭菌操作及灭菌效果的规范执行与灭菌的安全保障存在薄弱环节.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of running and sterilization quality management of ethylene oxide sterilizers in hospitals of Henan Province.Methods Through the questionnaire survey,the current status of running and sterilization management of ethylene oxide sterilizers in 20 hospitals in the province was investigated and analyzed.Results Among the 20 hospitals,18 hospitals had established ethylene oxide sterilization management system and responsibilities of operators.All the hospitals had set up a special person responsible for ethylene oxide sterilization.There were 3 hospitals with no independent exhaust system in the ethylene oxide sterilizer working area and no ethylene oxide gas concentration exceeding alarm installed.5 hospitals did not regularly monitor the ethylene oxide concentration in workplace ambient air,and only 12 hospitals conducted chemical monitoring in each batch.Conclusion The quality management of ethylene oxide sterilization of hospital central sterile supply departments in Henan Provincial is generally good,but there are weak points in the standard implementation of sterilization operation and sterilization effect and the safety guarantee of sterilization.
