摘要

目的 研究染色法在测试超声波清洗机空化效应中的应用效果.方法 试验分为染色法组和铝箔腐蚀法组,分别使用亚甲基蓝+铜版纸、铝箔进行超声波清洗机空化效应的测试,2组各重复10次,观察2组操作时间、标记点总数、标记点平均面积、标记点分布的标准差.结果 染色法组操作时间(38±1.34)s、标记点平均面积(7.48±1.42)像素、标记点分布的标准差(2.52±0.40)像素,分别小于铝箔腐蚀法组的(215±6.11)s、(115.57±13.98)像素、(3.48±0.71)像素;染色法组标记点总数(1 362±216.19)个,大于铝箔腐蚀法组的(91.10±18.76)个,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 染色法测试超声波清洗机空化效应的操作时间短,测试记录更为全面.

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of dyeing method on measuring cavitation effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine.Methods The experiment was divided into dyeing group and aluminum foil corrosion group.Methylene blue+coated paper and aluminum foil were used to test the cavitation effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine,and the two groups were repeated 10 times each.The operation time,total number of markers,average area of markers and standard deviation of marker distribution of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time(38±1.34)s,the average area of markers(7.48±1.42)pixels and the standard deviation(2.52±0.40)pixels of the distribution of markers in the dyeing group were lower than those in the aluminum foil corrosion group(215±6.11)s,(115.57±13.98)pixels and(3.48±0.71)pixels,respectively.The total number of marks in the dyeing group(1362±216.19)was higher than that in the aluminum foil corrosion group(91.10±18.76),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dyeing method has a short operation time and more comprehensive test record.
