摘要
目的 探究等离子体空气消毒机和循环风紫外线空气消毒机对医院门诊无窗诊室的空气动态消毒效果.方法 将 2 种空气消毒机分别置于某医院 2 间面积相等、布局相似的无窗诊室,在相同温湿度条件下对 2 间诊室进行消毒,采用沉降法于消毒前和消毒后 1、2、3 h分别进行空气采样,计算除菌率.结果 消毒前 2 间诊室空气菌落数分别为 6.07 和 4.12 cfu/(5 min·皿),等离子体空气消毒机开机消毒 1、2 和 3 h除菌率分别为 85.76%、94.70%和 59.40%,循环风紫外线空气消毒机开机消毒 1、2 和 3 h除菌率分别为 64.52%、75.03%和 39.08%.不同时间点等离子体空气消毒机除菌率较循环风紫外线空气消毒机除菌率高(P<0.05);2 种空气消毒机消毒 2 h时除菌率最高.结论 2 种空气消毒机均能降低空气中细菌菌落数,等离子体空气消毒机效果更好.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of plasma air disinfection machine and circulating air ultraviolet air disinfection machine on the air dynamic disinfection of windowless clinics in hospital outpatient clinics.Methods Two kinds of air disinfection machines were placed in two windowless clinics with the same area and similar layout in a hospital,and the two clinics were disinfected under the same temperature and humidity conditions,and the air samples were carried out before disinfection and 1,2 and 3 h after disinfection by sedimentation method to calculate the killing rate.Results The number of colonies in the air in the two clinics before disinfection were 6.07 and 4.12 cfu/(5 min·dish),respectively,and the killing rates of the plasma air disinfection machine were 85.76%,94.70%,and 59.40%after 1,2,and 3 h of disinfection,respectively.The killing rates of the circulating air ultraviolet air disinfection machine were 64.52%,75.03%,and 39.08%,respectively,and the killing rate of the plasma air disinfection machine at different time points was higher than that of the circulating air ultraviolet air disinfection machine(P<0.05).The highest killing rate of the two air disinfection machines was at 2 h after disinfection.Conclusion The two kinds of air disinfection machines can reduce the number of bacterial colonies in the air,and the plasma air disinfection machine has a better effect.
