Analysis on the monitoring data for sewage from municipal tertiary medical institutions in Shaoxing city from 2017 to 2022
Objective To understand the current situation of sewage disinfection in municipaltertiary medical institution in Shaoxing city,and to provide basis for targeted improvement of waste water treatment process,management and monitoring.Methods The sewage water quality of 5 medical institutions in Shaoxing city from 2017 to 2022 was monitored by on-site investigation and sampling.Results The eligible rate of all indicators of 5 municipal tertiary medical institution in Shaoxing city was 76.7%in 2017-2022 years.The main indicators of over the standard of sewage were number of fecal coliforms,suspended substance,pH value,and chemical oxygen demand,with the eligible rates respectively were 96.7%,93.3%,90.0%,86.7%,while the eligible rates of other 11 indicators were all 100.0%.The eligible rate of all indicators during 2020-2022 was 83.3%,which was higher than the rate during 2017-2019 which was 70.0%(χ2=1.491,P=0.222).Conclusion The general trend of sewage treatment in municipal tertiary medical institutions in Shaoxing city is positive,but the problem of number of fecal coliforms,suspended substance,pH value,and chemical oxygen demand over the standard is still exsit.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen training,monitoring and supervision.
