基于正交试验筛选玻璃拔罐具的机械清洗方案

目的 研究基于正交试验设计优选玻璃拔罐具机械清洗的最佳方案.方法 采用4因子3水平正交试验方法分组,每组12个玻璃拔罐具,采用全自动清洗消毒机程序中的不同初洗时间、酶洗过程温度、漂洗时间、干燥时间及温度组合清洗消毒,以ATP生物荧光法检测玻璃拔罐具清洗消毒效果,筛选最佳清洗方案.结果 正交试验候选影响因素中,对清洗消毒效果影响显著性排序为初洗时间>酶洗温度>漂洗时间>干燥温度及时间.优选出最佳清洗方案为初洗时间3 min,酶洗最佳水温60℃,漂洗时间1 min,干燥温度及时间110℃/10 min.结论 采用上述全自动清洗消毒机程序,可有效提高玻璃拔罐具消毒效果,降低相关医院感染风险.
Optimization of mechanical cleaning scheme for glass cupping device based on orthogonal test
Objective To study the optimum scheme of mechanical cleaning for glass cupping device based on orthogonal experimental design.Methods The 4 factor 3 level orthogonal test method was used to divide and 12 glass cupping devices were divided into one group.Different initial washing time,enzyme washing process temperature,rinsing time,drying time and temperature in the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine were used to clean and disinfect the glass cupping device.ATP biofluorescence method was used to detect the cleaning and disinfection effect of glass cupping device.Based on the above results,the best cleaning scheme was screened.Results Among the candidate influencing factors in orthogonal test,the order of significant influence on the cleaning and disinfection effect was initial washing time>enzyme washing temperature>rinsing time>drying temperature and time.The optimal cleaning scheme was the initial washing time for 3 min,the optimal water temperature of enzyme washing for 60℃,the rinsing time for 1 min,and the drying temperature and time for 110℃/10 min.Conclusion The above automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine procedure can effectively improve the disinfection effect of glass cupping device and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
