摘要
目的 了解南昌市医疗机构消毒质量现状.方法 采用现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对该市各级医疗机构室内空气、物体表面和医务人员手等样本的消毒质量进行监测与评价.结果 2018-2022年南昌市各级医疗机构各年度消毒效果平均合格率分别为96.72%、94.08%、94.89%、97.09%和97.30%.三级、二级和一级医院消毒效果平均合格率分别为98.80%、96.86%和94.11%.医疗机构各种监测对象消毒合格率波动在82.35%～100.00%.结论 南昌市各级医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但基层医疗机构中部分项目消毒合格率偏低,建议有针对性地加强消毒管理和培训.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection quality in medical institutions.Methods On-site sampling and bacteria quality testing methods were used to surveil and analyze the disinfection quality of indoor air,surface,hands of medical staff and other samples from medical institutions at various levels.Results The average qualified rates of disinfection from 2018 to 2022 were 96.72%,94.08%,94.89%,97.09%and 97.30%,respectively.The average qualified rates of the third-tier,the second-tier and the first-tier hospitals were 98.80%,96.86%and 94.11%,respectively.The qualified rate of different items was 82.35%～100.00%.Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Nanchang city is generally good,but the disinfection qualified rate of some items in basic medical institutions is low,so it is recommended that disinfection management and training should be strengthened in a targeted manner.
