新型冠状病毒感染疫情发生前后浙江省3家医院消毒效果监测结果分析

摘要
目的 了解新型冠状病毒(以下简称"新冠病毒")感染疫情发生前后浙江省医院消毒效果.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对新冠病毒感染疫情发生前后该省3家医院的消毒质量监测结果资料进行统计分析,比较消毒合格率差异.结果 新冠病毒感染疫情发生前的2017-2019年共监测1 931份样本,总合格率为86.74%;疫情发生后的2020-2022年共监测1 850份样本,总合格率为93.14%,合格率高于疫情前(χ2=42.411,P<0.001).按季度监测结果显示,疫情发生后第一、四季度和第二、三季度消毒效果的总合格率均高于疫情前同期水平(92.40%vs 89.02%,93.84%vs 84.24%;χ2=6.430和44.193,P<0.05).相较于疫情发生前,疫情发生后医疗用水卫生质量和内镜消毒合格率明显上升(98.04%vs 63.31%,100.00%vs 96.26%;χ2=138.499和5.430,P<0.05).结论 新冠病毒感染疫情发生后医院消毒合格率明显提升,但仍要关注洁净手术室、手卫生和医院污水等消毒薄弱环节.
Abstract
Objective To investigate disinfection effect of hospitals in Zhejiang province before and during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Retrospective investigation method was used to statistically analyze the monitoring results of disinfection effect of three hospitals in the province before and during the COVID-19 epidemic,and compare the difference of disinfection qualified rate.Results A total of 1 931 samples were monitored from 2017 to 2019 before the COVID-19 epidemic,with the total qualified rate of disinfection of 86.74%.A total of 1 850 samples were monitored from 2020 to 2022 during the COVID-19 epidemic,with the total qualified rate of disinfection of 93.14%,which was significantly higher than that before the pandemic(χ2=42.411,P<0.01).Quarterly monitoring results showed that total qualified rate of disinfection effect in every quarter after the outbreak was higher than the level in the same period before the outbreak(92.40%vs 89.02%,93.84%vs 84.24%;χ2=6.430 and 44.193,P<0.05).Compared with before the COVID-19 pandemic,the qualified rate of medical water and endoscope disinfection increased significantly during the pandemic(98.04%vs 63.31%,100.00%vs 96.26%;χ2=138.499 and 5.430,P<0.05).Conclusion The qualified rate of hospital disinfection has improved significantly since the COVID-19 outbreak,but the vulnerable spots of the disinfectant work such as operating room,hand hygiene and hospital sewage need to be strengthened.
