摘要
甜菜碱表面活性剂是表面活性剂的重要分支之一,具有许多独特的性能,在诸多领域展现出巨大的工业应用价值.综述分别从甜菜碱型表面活性剂的结构和性质、合成方法、溶液性能(包括表面张力、界面张力、稳定性和抗菌性等)和应用(包括灭火剂、润湿剂、抗菌剂、抗氧化剂和抗紫外线剂等)四个维度对甜菜碱型表面活性剂的研究进展进行了全面介绍.
Abstract
Betaine surfactant is one of the important branches of surfactants,which has many unique properties and has shown great industrial application value in many fields.In this paper,the research progress of betaine surfactants was reviewed from four aspects:structure and properties,synthesis methods,solution properties(including surface tension,interfacial tension,stability and antibacterial properties,etc.)and application(including fire extinguishing agent,wetting agent,antibacterial agent,antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet agent,etc.).
