用正交试验法分析四种表面活性剂的复配性能

用正交试验设计法研究月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和月桂酰肌氨酸钠复配的最佳使用比例,摸索四种表面活性剂对泡沫、洗后皮肤水分含量及刺激性的影响.结果显示,在给定的因素水平数里,泡沫高度的优方案为AES:13%,K12:4%,CAB:6%,LS30:5%;洗后皮肤水分含量的优方案为AES:14.5%,K12:3%,CAB:6%,LS30:2%;刺激性最小的优方案为AES:11.5%,K12:1%,CAB:6%,LS30:3%.通过试验数据分析可知,AES对泡沫高度和鸡胚试验评分有显著影响;K12对泡沫高度和洗后皮肤水分含量有显著影响;CAB对泡沫高度有影响;而LS30有助于降低鸡胚评分,在3%时效果最好.
The Composite Properties of Four Surfactants were Analyzed by Orthogonal Test
The optimal ratio of sodium lauryl sulfate,sodium lauryl sulfate,cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium lauryl sarcosine was studied by orthogonal experimental design,and the effects of four surfactants on skin moisture content and irritability after foaming and washing were explored.The results show that the optimal scheme of foam height is AES:13%,K12:4%,CAB:6%,LS30:5%in the given factor levels.The optimal skin moisture content after washing was AES:14.5%,K12:3%,CAB:6%,LS30:2%;The optimal scheme of least irritant was AES:11.5%,K12:1%,CAB:6%,LS30:3%.According to the analysis of experimental data,AES has a significant effect on foam height and embryo test score,K12 has a significant effect on foam height and skin moisture content after washing,CAB has a significant effect on foam height,and LS 30 can reduce the embryo score,the best effect at 3%.
