氨基酸表面活性剂及多元醇对月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠泡沫性能的影响

以月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠为研究对象,考察了复配不同种类的氨基酸表面活性剂及不同多元醇对其泡沫性能的影响.结果表明:月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰氨基丙酸钠与月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠复配具有较好的发泡力,而椰油酰谷氨酸二钠更有利于提升月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠的泡沫稳定性.在配方稳定性上,复配10%的月桂酰肌氨酸钠即可改善月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠的低温稳定性,使得样品在低温下仍为透明澄清液体.此外,不同多元醇的添加不会影响月桂醇聚醚-6羧酸钠的发泡力,而在泡沫稳定性上,添加甘油、麦芽糖醇则优于甲基丙二醇、聚乙二醇-8、丙二醇.
Effect on the Foam Properties of the Compound Systems of Amino Acid Surfactants and Sodium Laureth-6 Carboxylate
Based on sodium laureth-6 carboxylate,the effects of different amino acid surfactants and different polyols on the performance of foam were investigated.The results showed that the combination of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate or sodium cocoyl alaninate and sodium lauryl polyether 6 carboxylate had better foaming capacity,while the combination of disodium cocoyl glutamate and sodium lauryl polyether 6 carboxylate had optimum foaming stability.For the formulate stability,10%sodium lauroyl sarcosinate improve the stability in low temperature significantly which can ensure it is transparent liquid.Besides it,the addition of different polyols have no effect on the foaming capacity of sodium lauryl polyether 6 carboxylate,while the addition of glycerol or maltitol is superior to methylpropanediol,PEG-8,propylene glycol in foaming stability.
