By analyzing the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of mite-removing agent R301,adopting a suitable detection wavelength,selecting an appropriate mobile phase,separating the mite-removing Laundry detergent to be tested,and determining the mite-removing Laundry detergent the content of mite-removing agent R301.Through the determination of repeatability,precision and recovery rate,the method of determining the content of mite-removing agent R301 in mite-removing laundry liquid by high performance liquid chromatography was finally established and verified.The experimental results show that the standard solution has a linear correlation between 2.097 and 209.7 µg·mL-1,with a recovery rate of 99.1%to 100.5%.It is proved that this method has high accuracy,strong reliability and wide applicability.
