摘要
对矿井副产的不同批次混合盐进行成分分析,并在洗衣粉中进行应用,从混合盐对洗衣粉料浆流动性、粉体白度、去污和泡沫等方面的影响进行研究.混合盐中含有大量的氯离子,通过模拟测试了不同添加量对洗衣粉生产过程中的金属设备、管道以及使用过程中对洗衣机滚筒的腐蚀性,评估了其在洗衣粉中应用的可能性.
Abstract
The component analysis of different batches of mixed salt produced by the mine by-product was carried out,and it was applied in washing powder.This study investigated the effects of mixed salt on the slurry fluidity,powder whiteness,decontamination,and foam of laundry detergent.The mixed salt contains a large amount of chloride ions.As a result,the author conducted simulated tests to assess the corrosiveness of various quantities of mixed salt additives on metal equipment and pipelines during laundry detergent production,as well as on the drum of washing machines during operation.This evaluation aimed to determine the feasibility of incorporating them into laundry detergent formulations.And evaluated their potential application in laundry detergent.
