摘要
皮肤颜色的变化能够反映皮肤屏障的完整性和敏感性,因此对皮肤颜色进行无创、客观和定量评价在化妆品舒缓人体功效评价中具有重要意义.综述了常用于皮肤颜色评估的不同检测技术及仪器,为舒缓功效的宣称提供科学依据.从中选择分光光度计法与图像分析法对皮肤颜色进行检测,采用Pearson相关性分析发现两种方法存在正相关,且具有显著性.
Abstract
The change of skin color can reflect the integrity and sensitivity of the skin barrier.Therefore,the non-invasive,objective,and quantitative evaluation of skin color is of great significance in assessing the soothing effect of cosmetics.In this paper,we reviewed the different detection techniques and instruments commonly used for skin color assessment to provide scientific basis for claims of soothing efficacy.And then,spectrophotometry and image analysis were selected to detect skin color.The Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between the two methods.
