Formulation Design and Performance Evaluation of Bacteriostatic Cleaning Agent for Students
According to the characteristics of student clothing stains,a green cleaning agent with bacteriostatic,low bubble and easy rinsing was designed.The optimal ratio of surfactant and fungicide was optimized by orthogonal test.After conducting tests on stain removal efficacy,foam performance and bacteriostatic properties,it was found that the optimal formulation of the cleaning agent consists of 9%secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,5%fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate,7%alkyl glycoside,and 1%dodecyl dipropylenetriamine.This formulation exhibited superior stain removal capabilities compared to standard laundry detergent for JB-01,JB-02,JB-03 standard stain cloth and homemade stain cloth of tomato juice,ice cream and braised meat stain.Moreover,it achieves an antibacterial rate above 90%against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,while maintaining low foam and easy rinsing properties.
