一种蒙脱土负载甲烷磺酸催化合成月桂酸异辛酯的研究

摘要
采用月桂酸和异辛醇为原料合成月桂酸异辛酯,通过筛选确定蒙脱土负载的甲烷磺酸为催化剂,实验结果表明该催化剂具有良好的催化活性.通过单因素优化确定最佳工艺条件,催化剂用量0.5%,反应温度150℃,摩尔比为1.3∶1,反应时间为8 h.将粗产品进行脱醇脱酸得到目标产品.月桂酸酯化率可达99.5%,催化剂可重复利用多次,使用4次后,酯化率仍可达到94%.
Abstract
Isooctyl laurate was synthesized from Lauric acid and isooctanol.Methanesulfonic Acid Supported on Montmorillonite was selected as the catalyst.The experimental results showed that the catalyst had good catalytic performance.Single-factor optimization identified the optimal process conditions as:catalyst dosage of 0.5%,reaction temperature of 150℃,molar ratio of 1.3:1,and reaction time of 8 hours.The crude product was purified by removing alcohol and acid.The crude product was purified by removing alcohol and acid and the esterification rate of lauric acid could reach 99.5%.The catalyst can be reused multiple times,and after reusing 4 times,the esterification rate can still reach 94%.
