摘要
氨基酸表面活性剂作为一种绿色的生物质表面活性剂,因其环保、温和等特点在个人护理和清洁产品中的应用日益广泛.因此,对氨基酸表面活性剂的质量控制显得尤为重要.介绍了氨基酸表面活性剂的主组分、脂肪酸、氯化物、固含量及色泽等质量控制指标的分析方法,对各种方法进行了梳理、比对及分析,指出了各种方法的优缺点,可为氨基酸表面活性剂的生产者及使用者提供参考.
Abstract
As a kind of green biomass surfactants,amino acid surfactants are widely used in personal care and cleaning products due to their environmental protection and mild characteristics.Therefore,quality control of amino acid surfactants is particularly important.This article introduced the analysis methods of the main components,fatty acids,chlorides,solid content,and color of amino acid surfactants.Various methods were sorted,compared,and analyzed,with the advantages and disadvantages of each proposed to provide a reference for producers and users of amino acid surfactants.
